How to book and find what you need

At H&ACastle Hire Cumbria, we’re committed to making our website user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our website is organised into categories like Bouncy Castles,Disco Domes,Slides and so on, to help you find what you’re looking for.

Each category includes a brief description followed by a scrollable list of available items. If you see an item you like and want more information, click the MORE INFO tab to open a link with all the details. Take your time reading the description, as some pictures might show additional items that aren’t included but are available as extra add-ons during the booking process.

Once you’re ready to book, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Find the item you want by selecting the MORE / BOOK NOW INFO tab under any picture you like. Scroll down to the CHECK AVAILABILITY or BOOK ONLINE tab and click to select your date. A message will appear indicating whether the item is available or not. If it’s available, move on to the next step; otherwise, choose another item.

Step 2: Read the message and scroll down to enter your postcode to calculate any delivery fees. You’ll be informed of the hire cost and any applicable delivery fees at this point. Click CLICK TO CONTINUE (or contact the office for a delivery quote at 01946443373/07712709973 if your postcode isn’t listed).

Step 3: Answer a few questions and complete a basic booking form. The first question asks if you’d like to hire any other products with this item. You need to choose them now before finishing your details, or select NO and continue with the booking form.

Step 4: Fill in your contact details.

Step 5: Fill in your delivery details.

TIP: If you’re hiring a hall or venue and don’t have all the details, please leave “TO BE CONFIRMED” in the Venue Name. Use your home address for the booking process and we’ll amend these details later.

Step 6: Answer questions about access details. If your party is at your home, select a delivery time slot from a dropdown menu. For a hall or venue hire, please fill in the times you have the hall from and to, plus the start and finish times of your party. If you haven’t got these yet, leave them blank and we’ll amend them later. However, we’ll need the times ASAP.

Step 7: Please note any additional information you think we should know about your booking or anything you’re unsure about. Someone will contact you within 24 hours.

Step 8: Read our Terms and conditions and confirm your booking by clicking the BOOK THIS ITEM NOW button at the bottom of the form.
